           Jeff Sidwell- is proprietor of Bon!Gourmet.  He created the business out of his love and passion for wine and all things good.  Originally from Michigan and a graduate of Michigan State.  He has been married for 28 years and has 3 grown children.

            Patty Pappas- has worked at Bon! since 2014.  She attend Daytona Beach Culinary School and uses her knowledge to assist and navigate the unique products throughout the shoppe.  Patty is married and has 2 grown daughters.

             Charlie Halal- has worked at the shoppe since 2005.  Originally from Boston, Charlie brings with him 38 years experience of working in the restaurant business.  He is married.
